This afternoon, I went for my first workout after 4 months of hiatus. Boy, was it good! My stamina has obviously diminished, but I reckon I could work my way back to the good ol’ days, say…in a week? Don’t believe me? Fuck you, I’m invincible.
What I did today:
15 minutes of power stepper
30 minutes of cycling
30 minutes of brisk walking
4 sets on the adductor
I really like the new gym. It’s spacious, the equipment are brand new and the bathrooms have tempered glasses for doors. Quite a refreshing change from the pathetic shower curtains at John Hancock. Am so glad they’ve finally opened an outlet near my place – no more discouraging traffic jams. Yay!
I’m feeling all hyped up in starting college with a clean slate. Will cut down on junk food, Ramli burgers, white rice, braised pork trotters and the likes. Will drink only chinese tea, teh kosong and water. Will go to bed by 11pm (this is tough). No more procrastination (even tougher). Oh yeah, and wash my car every week (cross fingers).
Most likely going clubbing tonight. Don’t know exact location yet. Been ages since I dolled up for a night out. What to wear…what to wear!?
