This is a continuation of my last post on BWM EfficientDynamics.
After the awesome night of food, jenga and bubblies, we had to wake up very early for a mysterious activity. They wouldn’t tell us what it was but as we eventually found out, we’re going rafting! Bamboo rafting!!
#1 – Bamboo rafting!
So old school! I was worried at first but the raft was actually very sturdy!
#2 – Me and KY testing it on far right.
It wasn’t easy to row though. We had these two bamboo sticks as paddles -_-
#3 – ST was my partner.
Eventually, we got tired and cheated by anchoring ourselves to the speedboat hahaha.
#4 – Hehe cheat!
After the session, we packed up to leave the beautiful Belum Resort :(
Not before some camwhoring of course…
#5 – With Michael, the formerly anonymous blogger.
#6 – With ST.
#7 – Posing with the 520D Sports.
We also got to check out the RM19,000 BMW bicycles. OMG!
#8 – RM19,000.
I also tried the nifty bicycle rack. Can just put the bicycle on top of the X5 with no effort.
#9 – Kena BMW bicycle grease.
#10 – Group pic!
For the journey back, we got to drive the 520d Sports. It was certainly plusher than the 320D but not as agile. But felt really, really safe. The brakes really eat the tarmac one. It’s also my 1st time seeing such a futuristic gear knob.
#11 – Check this gear knob out!
Needless to say, the journey back was awesomesauce. We tickled the trottle, sometimes we also had to slaughter it, as Ivan Khong aptly put.
#12 – Car No. 4.
Last but not least, a picture with the madly impressive, sifu Ivan Khong.
#13 – With Ivan Khong.
Sadly, all good things have to end. We reached KLCC with sadness and melancholy. Back to my @suzyganas and the boring reality. That said, this was a once in a lifetime opportunity and I’m glad I was chosen to do it :)
Remember guys, diesel is the shiznit!
