Arsonists did it, says DOE director
JOHOR BARU: The fire which destroyed the filing room of the Department of Environment (DOE) in Jalan Skudai here on March 24 was the work of arsonists.
This was confirmed by the Chemistry Department which investigated the case together with the Fire and Rescue Department.
Johor DOE director Dr Abdul Rahman Awang said he was informed of the findings by the officials from the departments which completed their investigation recently.
“We leave it to the police to take the next action,” he said yesterday.
Yeah, right. Please!
