Skippys Pizza

Like I have warned previously, I am starting to wear the same clothes.

This is caused by combination of laziness, lack of fresh laundry and lack of shopping.

Sorreh…

I am so excited to share this on my blog. The hubs just introduced to me this food delivery that serves mainly pork. Their pork pizzas are the bombs!

Ladies and gentlemen, Skippys Pizza!

# – Pizza in pizza box. Other food in plastic containers or brown paper bags.

The menu is extensive. We ordered Meat Lovers pizza (stupendous), pulled pork burger (highly recommended – I think it is better than Betty’s Midwestern and it was delivery food!), some wings (good) and pork ribs in 7 sauce (this was a bit disappointing as the meat was not meltingly tender but the sauce was top class).

# – The food all plated up.

# – Pulled pork burger was enormous and DELICIOUS!

Wish I had more pictures but was seriously hungry.

Now Domino’s Pizza has a serious contender in our household. I can’t wait to try other food…especially the vinegar pork trotter!!!!!!

Who cares

Start of a hectic week. My body and mind ain’t cooperating :(

Just another manic Monday. What’s new? Normally this would turn into a rant but I should try not to leave too much negative imprint on this blog.

I read something a while ago, about how people lose their motivation at something.

The loss happens when you realise that what you are doing is meaningless, that it doesn’t contribute to the improvement of anything, that it is all wrapped up in the delusions of grandeur and importance. Fake. Irrelevant. Who gives a fuck?

How does one get it back?

Good Sunday

One of those chilled Sundays, just me and my husband hanging out together, unapologetically eating stuff we love and watching movies together.

Today we watched a really lovely  french film called The Intouchables (funny but has heart), followed by Machete; a film deliberately shot like a B-Grade movie. Pure fun, cheese and gore!

All while eating homemade Japanese curry and rice, followed by my goto apple crumble.

Everytime I cook I remember just how much I miss it. Even if it was just boiling some vege and meat together with water and store-bought curry cubes. Just putting different stuff together, treating them with heat and care and then watching them transform into delicious morsels of food – love it!
